Lifestyle Coaching for Adult survivors of sexual trauma

Individual sessions support for adults who have experienced trauma. This allows each survivor to create their own recovery goals and action plan alongside the coach with flexibility to follow the natural flow of the needs of the survivor.
Parent coaching for caregivers of sexual trauma survivors
60 Minutes
Parent coaching for caregivers of sexual trauma survivors Support for parents of trauma survivors who need a space to partner with a coach in how to best support their child behaviorally and socially. Based on the behaviors reported by the parent(s), HHH will create an individualized strategy for lessening the impact of the trauma (which is likely the cause of the behavior). Be lessening the traumatic impact, there can be strategies to mitigate the stress response and
simultaneously improving behavior.
Tutoring for Student Support for Student Survivors
Academic Tutoring for Student Survivors (K-12 public, private and parochial schools). Student Survivors (K-12 public, private and parochial schools) and Higher Education. Students will receive a 12- week individualized plan including goal setting, strategies and accountability measures to ensure success!
Business Coaching and Professional Development for small and large teams.
Business Coaching and Professional Development for professionals in the field of education and for small and large teams. HHH will share research-based responses to trauma to help educate and empower your company to make a larger impact in your community!
Women & The Womb
A private community for trauma survivors to discuss issues of intimacy, marriage, motherhood and trauma. Group sessions are held in 6 week cycles.
